Passed weekend wasn't very good for me. Didn't record food & barely exercised. It's kind of difficult when I feel so sick. I really can't wait until I am finished with these meds. Have H-Pylori stomach infection that is kicking my ass! Will definitely refocus this week because no one is going to make me better or healthy except me. Thanks to my hubby for talking me through being discouraged about the ability to follow Windsor Pilates tape that I have. We watched it last night to get a feel for what the exercises are. He simply said that I may not be able to do them now but I have to at least give myself the chance to try. He also bought me some new workout clothes to go to the walking track. I am very lucky.
