Thanks! 2 days so far, gained half a pound but my muscle percentage has gone up so keeping at it :)

That's great, at least you are determined and trying. I don't even want to try to go to the gym. Every time I sign with them, I pay monthly by direct debit and I'm never there. Last time I signed 1 year contract and didn't cancel so after a year I was still paying and I was there maybe 3-5 times during this whole period. Waste of money and I have to admit I am a lazy ass.

I had the exact same problem, i cancelled my subscription about 2 years ago cos i never used it and wanted to work out at home using calisthetics, but i found that i always had excuses after work, i normally wake up early before work anyway so figured i could just get up and work out rather than staying in bed.
Its tough, i do have a workout document for calisthetics thats quite good and doesnt need a gym or special equipment if you want me to share it, but does take some willpower :P
