I’m walking much more now and currently eating lots of soup for lunch. It seems to be working. Not far to go till I reach my goal.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
