@gz9gjg to me it helps in different ways, jump kicks metabolism, helps with self discipline, helps our organs repair on a cellular level. IMO, if you are an over eater it helps to shrink the stomach organ back to its original size, because I am much more full these days and never have seconds like I used to!! Also To me it just makes sense to not always eat exactly at a certain time or right when hunger strikes. We were designed to be foragers... we didn't always know when or what our next meal would be.
