Today I will start intermittent fasting in combination with my Atkins. I hope it speeds things up! Anyone tried it?
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

@gz9gjg to me it helps in different ways, jump kicks metabolism, helps with self discipline, helps our organs repair on a cellular level. IMO, if you are an over eater it helps to shrink the stomach organ back to its original size, because I am much more full these days and never have seconds like I used to!! Also To me it just makes sense to not always eat exactly at a certain time or right when hunger strikes. We were designed to be foragers... we didn't always know when or what our next meal would be.

@gz9gjg most definitely, you have to find out what works for you! Sounds like you have! Way to go! I am aiming for 1lb a week, the first few weeks was crazy fast 12lbs in 2 weeks and now I yo-yo but the end result has been a gradual taper down. But I wish it were quicker 😩🙈 but slow and steady wins the race...
