Still holding steady... I've been working out hard and can definitely see a difference in my body. I'm toning up but not losing weight. Which is interesting. Anyhow, I've committed to this until the spring. So on we go...
198.8 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
