Knowing that I did not do my all, I did not want record my weight for the past weeks that it increased, thinking that somehow I could catch-up...putting the number down is as important as recording food...being held accountable & knowing what works & what doesn't

173.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

I know I messed up (ate bad foods and too many bad foods) this weekend. I made myself record it and the 2 lb increase...a reminder to myself that I know I can do better. Learn the lesson, forgive yourself, and start with a renewed determination. We can do this!!
