Happy with any loss, I will take it just as long as I don't gain, this week my aim is to walk every day 3km in the morning and to do taebo 30min at night and the other thing is water - need to up my water intake, have great week all.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
