So I'm on my 5th week of Insanity and it is the "rest" week where you preform Core Cardio & Balance the entire week. At first I was like, hey these moves are doable... that's not normal for an Insanity workout, I hope I am able to maintain my weight with this workout. Then that last move, the shoulder burners in plie-Oh. My. God. Impossible. I didn't feel it in my core, I felt it in my thighs!
I didn't get as sweaty as everyone on the video... maybe because it's a cool 66° in my house. And what's up with the one girl with the hat?
