ok im not sure what date but a few weeks ago my weight was 269 lbs....i have lost 11lbs :-)....so i have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week and drinking alot more water also i have limiting my starches...so lets see how far i can go
258.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
