I just started a new diet plan with Nutrilite meal replacement bars & shakes. I am excited about it. I am also using Nutrilite Slimmetry with it and sticking with eating healthy. Going to hit the gym early today. :))
176.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
