off the wagon and picked up on carbs, so back on again. Experimented with diabetic medication (dr. approved) and did not take for 6 months to see if could control A1C without medication, and NO. Did not work for me....so now back on low does of Metformin and on a statin drug due to increased cholesterol levels (220 total cholesterol) which is common with diabetics.
So now back to a more structured diet with exercise. Lets see if I can be assisted with meds to get this baby back under control.
