Ok so since I am never going to lose weight! I am going to have to try and start planning my menus or pay and join Jenny Craig or something, lol. I just can’t stay on track and it is driving me nuts! I did so much better after I had my first child and thought I would do even better this time and I am back tracking. I mean I am not gaining but I am not really losing either.

So here is my breakfast menu:

Monday---oatmeal w/Splenda (2) and Diet Cranberry juice (0)
Tuesday---yogurt with Water (2)
Wednesday---bagelful and water (4)
Thursday---oatmeal w/Splenda and Diet Cranberry juice (2)
Friday---bagelful and water (4)

I am thinking I am going to have to stick with the Lean Cuisines and salads for lunch so that I can have plenty of points for dinner but that is still going to have to be sensible, fish and things like that. I am not meeting any goals that I have set for myself and that has been very discouraging. I only have exactly 8 weeks until graduation and I have 14 pounds still to lose to meet my 170 goal for graduation so that is 1.75 pounds a week. That is not an outrageous amount each week but it is going to take work I can’t stay on the path that I am on. So that means by next Saturday I have got to be 183 no if ands or buts about it!!!

I am trying to figure out how I can use my 3 hours a week free gym time (got to love working for the governemnt) the wisest. I have been going for an hour 3 days a week but I am wondering if I can break it down so that I can go 5 days a week. My goal is to at the least burn off the calories from my breakfast , if I can’t burn more.

I really have to get a “no pain, no gain” attitude and I have not had one…I am going to Monday, Wednesday, Friday gym this week and see what happens to me by Saturday, hopefully I will lose something at Weight Watchers Tuesday but I am not sure.
