I did the Insanity Dig Deeper & Fit Test last night. The fit test was so difficult..it made me feel like I was really out of shape, lol. I know it is supposed to be hard so I am not worried. My calves are a little sore today. I didn't go as hard as I could have since I was still a little sore. I'm also scared of getting that sore again because I couldn't work out for a few days. After the fit test, I did half of the plyometric cardio dvd. I didn't want to overdue it. I kinda like the suicide run thing Shaun T does and all the jumping jacks. I have a really hard time watching something on the TV and trying to imitate it for some reason, but after I do it a couple more times, I think I'll have it down. I am going to try to do it tonight after I get home from my walk with a friend.
