I did the Insanity Dig Deeper & Fit Test last night. The fit test was so difficult..it made me feel like I was really out of shape, lol. I know it is supposed to be hard so I am not worried. My calves are a little sore today. I didn't go as hard as I could have since I was still a little sore. I'm also scared of getting that sore again because I couldn't work out for a few days. After the fit test, I did half of the plyometric cardio dvd. I didn't want to overdue it. I kinda like the suicide run thing Shaun T does and all the jumping jacks. I have a really hard time watching something on the TV and trying to imitate it for some reason, but after I do it a couple more times, I think I'll have it down. I am going to try to do it tonight after I get home from my walk with a friend.

Just listen to your body and know your limits. Some of the extreme jumps I find really hard and only do a couple. The more times you do each dvd, the easier it will get. My advise is to ease into it. :) the core balance dvd is my favorite!

WTG! Don't worry if you are a little lost the first time you do it. You will get the hang of it by the 2nd or 3d time. What's even better is to see the progress you've made by the next time you take the test. Keep it up. Have a great walk and insanity session tonight.
