yesterday was not a goog day for me I drank alcohol and ate almost anything...from pizza to chocolate but I managed to still drop some weight.. gonna work harder to reach my goal#notgivingup.
234.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
