gym and clean eating atleast I'm getting somewhere even though today the gym instructor pulled me down and said I'm obese and need to lose the weight, I thought he should have seen the effort and encouraged me to keep moving sad but I'll push even harder
233.5 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
