For past few months went completely off my diet. But found out I have arthris in my ankle, Right knee, and my upper back. Doctor said I need to lose about 75 pounds to prevent it from getting worse than normal. So I am going to start trying to lose the weight myself. He said if I can't he will put me on weight loss medicine.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
