So after struggling within the same pound for a little over a week being super vigilant with carbs and protein, yesterday I ate low carb, not keto and finally dropped into 223. Today is a fast day, so maybe lower tomorrow, but I'm just thrilled that I ate a little splurgy yesterday and finally dropped. Maybe I needed more protein or something as I had double the keto carbs and was feeling a little light headed from time to time during the past week.
