Gaining weight but my waist is still shrinking. I just added a hanging door pull up bar in my bedroom. I'm lacking in this department. So I'm going to pump out some when ever I get a chance. As of now I'm only at about 6 back to back. My goal will be a strait 50, let's see.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 106.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
