How do I change my settings to reflect net carbs rather than total?

Also, how do I create a receipt to calculate an entire meal?

Net carbs is at the bottom of your food diary page, where you log your meals. Under options. Click there and select "change columns". In your meal tabs, when you go to log foods, there is "search" , recently eaten, most eaten, saved meals and a recipe option. Just keep arrowing over to find them Good luck!
