I don't know why I've been craving liver so much lately. You can go "EW!" all you want, but I trust my body to tell me what it needs, and lately I just can't seem to get enough of the stuff. It started with the pate last weekend, then segued into the chicken livers this week. I'm finding them delicious and could just eat them, lots of them, at every meal. Wondering if it's an indication of a B12 deficiency, I started B12 supplements yesterday. We'll see. So far the liver-jones has pushed me over my calorie limit a few times, so I hope whatever my body's needing gets satisfied real soon! Meanwhile...
