Have been doing intermittent fasting lately. I don't weigh very often but my hormone doctor wanted to know how much I weighed. I was shocked to see that I had lost. I'm getting strong and gaining muscle so I thought I would have been the same or a little heavier. I was very surprised!
123.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
