I worked out Saturday and Sunday which makes today my rest day! I ate well which is a major plus for me on the weekends! I don't log my food and exercise bc I log in on my app called myfitnesspal. Love that app. It's also a website. It keeps track of my calorie that I eat!

Lost so far: 9.0 lb.
Still to go: 32.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
