I started my week off doing really well. But since I knew I did well, I used that to leverage me going off track... Bad move. I'm back in the saddle, and I'm turning this around. I did go to the gym last week, and I worked out hard! I'm not going to beat myself up over this unsuccessful weigh-in, but I will learn from this. A few days at the gym, and a few days of eating right, is not a pass to totally throw caution to the wind for the weekend... Here's to a much better week!
