Well, fell off the wagon for a month. Full load at school and two youngin's and a kidney stone tempted me to eat emotionally and be lazy about the exercise. Feeling tired and just plain unhealthy inside and out, so I KNOW I need to make a change, in fact, I need to force a change. I KNOW I can be better than this and be healthier than this. So here we go! It's a new day!
