I started my diet exactly one month ago, so it is time to measure again and see the first results in centimeters. So, here are my new measures (from this morning):

tummy: 95 cm (4 cm lost)
waist: 83 cm (6 cm lost; 7 cm still to lose)
hips: 102.5 cm (2.5 cm lost; 10.5 cm still to lose)
thigh (upper part): 59 cm (2 cm lost; 4 cm still to lose)
thigh (lower part): 44.5 cm (1.5 cm lost; 5.5 cm still to lose)
knee: 38 cm (1 cm lost; 2.5 cm still to lose)
lower leg: 38.5 cm (2 cm lost; 2.5 cm still to lose)
ankle: 23 cm (0 cm to lose)
arm: 28.5 cm (1.5 cm lost; 3 cm still to lose)
chest (below the breast): 75.5 cm (8 cm lost; 0.5 cm still to lose)
breast: 90 cm (0 cm to lose)

Not bad at all :)

We'll see what I'll do the second month.
5.7 kg lost so far, 9 kg to go.
