24th day on the Brides-to-be Diet, my weight is the same as yesterday, 5.100 kg lost so far.

Today I should follow the Third Day Menu.

(I'm stopping writing every day entries - no need of them, my weight history says it all. From now on, I'll just note the most important "events".
As for my diet plan, I keep on following the week menu, day by day, as described in my first 7 posts.)
153.4 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
