Well, not the greatest weigh in this week, only down 0.8 lbs. But what that tells me is that I lost all the easy weight - now I have stubborn fat and it's not going to just fall off me anymore. I need to work harder!
Also, I had the best Non-Scale Victory this morning while getting dressed for work. I haven't worn slacks in a week or so, and I went to grab a pair of my size 16s, and they were SO loose and baggy. Probably had an extra inch or two at my waist. So, I grabbed a pair of size 12s that were hanging new with tags in my closet that I had bought a loooong time ago in case I ever got skinny enough to wear them. I almost returned them so many times, but I didn't. I tried them on and they FIT LIKE A GLOVE! Not a great weigh in, but still making progress. :)
