Been on CARB OVERLOAD without the CARDIO for the past 5-6 days!
PB on whole wheat Ritz crackers have been my KRYPTONITE!
But finally reined in the snack attacks and resumed cardio last night--took Jack to the park and walked in knee-deep snow at times was truly a work-out! We'd lose his tennis ball in a couple games of fetch and he'd look to me to find his silly ball, silly pooch!
We rescued a tomcat that was hit by a car and on the verge of getting hit again...it did my heart good :)
Now after I post Imma gonna go hop on the treadmill and do my heart good w/ a little cardio! Without the PB on Ritz!
Hope you all can avoid whatever's your kryptonite! And cardio to YOUR hearts content....:)

Go the cardio! I just finished mine (yay!). I can definitely say, I am SO unfit lol
My kryptonite is probably chocolate. Oh and lazagna lol But I've been good and haven't had either in over a month! I still can't believe how I've been able to say "No thank you." when offered them so much. I guess this time I REALLY want to make it :) They say you gotta want it bad enough yeah?

We ARE gonna do it this time--even through backslides, LAZAGNA,ugly days,--through it all!:) Yay on your cardio being done! I was JUST putting on the tennies when my daughter facebooked me and wants to take Jack to the park-so off to the park to play in the snow :) Then treadmill later on is the plan!
