OK, so I'm too slow to post the challenge (because it started on Monday) but here's what's up: I joined BodyPlex as an economical alternative to personal training. There challenge for new members is to get in 20 classes in 60 days. Last night I went to my FIRST class! I can barely sit down (I did spin) but I feel energized that I've started.
