I made a big mistake today. I'm not sure why. I went to breakfast with a friend. I knew what I was going to eat before I got there. Then I walked in and the smells overwhelmed me. I wanted pancakes so much ... so I had a half order, and I only ate half of that. I guess that is something.

Now I feel soooo tired. I hate that! Why? Why? Why?
Why do I do that to myself? I was doing so well. Grrrr.....

It happens, and you should allow your self an occasional cheat meal. Half is better than all of it. Give yourself credit for that. I understand the disappointment in yourself. But the day is not over maybe you can make up for it by exercising a little harder today! :)
