I am restarting my diet journal as of today. I began my new diet on Tuesday, June 13th. I weighed 132. I have no clothes that fit. I am so uncomfortable in my own skin. So, I'm at it again. I really need to find a way to stop using food as my coping mechanism. It is a process. One day at a time! I'm eating well and I'm exercising almost every day. Let's see how long I can keep this trend going.
