I needed to make a trip to Costco today. It's just over an hour drive. I'm so motivated with my walking that I made sure to get my walk in this morning between 8 and 9 before leaving for Costco. I checked the mileage later and I'm walking just about 2.5 miles and it takes me almost an hour. No wonder I can't keep up with the walking group! But there are lots of hills and I'll get faster. Another .25 mile and I'll reach the bottom of the road and it will be quite a challenge walking all the way up. Looking forward to achieving that goal and then increasing my walk to 3 or 4 miles. Lots of streets to walk on and hills to conquer!
