September 25, 2017 starting a lifestyle change plan. Started a year ago tomorrow to lose weight and get my A1C level out of prediabetes range. I have lost 50 lbs. I have accomplished this by the Grace of my Lord Jesus Christ. Praise Him! I am so happy😀 I have been maintaining my weight for about 3 months. Now it is time to lose another 30 pounds. This will get me below the 200 lb mark which really sounds good. I will re-evaluate again after this & decide the course of action to take.
