Got off of work kinda late. After doing the Mommy thing, had to do Zumba from you tube videos but I got my hour in. I started at 10:30 pm. This is going to be hard for an every day type of thing. Four or Five days a week would be easier. I hope I can make it.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
