I have decided that I LOVE chia seeds! They have a great nutty flavor and are packed with omega-3's and fiber in just 1 tablespoon and for just 1 WWP+! I mixed it in with my Greek yogurt and blackberries for breakfast and in my cous cous with dinner. So yummy!
Yesterday was a little rough getting in my calories and I ended up just over 1000 calories. Oops! I worked out too so I know I should have eaten more but I was not hungry and when I was, I ate but it was pretty low-cal stuff. I will get better at this! Today is looking good with everything I have eaten and have planned but I do need to increase my dairy/calcium.
