Hello everyone, decided to eat a little bit above maintenance but still worked out. Today got back on track. I'm surprised how easy it is to slip back into old eating habits (was about to reach for a 3rd small bag of chips but stopped myself). I realize that this is a lifestyle change but every now and again I plan to have a 'treat' day [I never cal it cheat but my journey is a good thing and I don't need to cheat on it].
