Broke fast on Thursday evening (day four) at a spontaneous dinner with colleagues. Started fasting again the next day (Friday and Saturday).
Will break fast again on Sunday, due to a scheduled business travel and meeting (inc. lunch and dinner) with colleagues and clients on Sunday evening and Monday all day.
I therefore expect to gain at least 4 kilos due to: 1) the storage of glucose and glycogen in muscles and liver, and 2) the related water retention. If I eat normal, I will not gain fat.
It may require a proper seven day fast to reach the required lower baseline in weight and measure.
