No budge in weight, but I am still pleased with 10 pounds in 7 weeks. I did start my exercise program. I've added almonds (yum!) and cut back on Atkins products.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
