Thought I'd pop on in while waiting for my spaghetti squash pie to cook

2-3 cups cooked spaghetti squash
2 whole eggs
1 scoop whey powder
1 tsp or more of cinnamon
2 pkg stevia plus

blend all but spaghetti squash on low
add spaghetti squash blend high
preheat oven to 350
spray small casserole dish or pie plate with Pam spray
bake 20-30 mins
is one complete b'fast
you can add fruit to top it off!
good for all phases

Had my LLC and HLW and while waiting, I'm sipping on HLW with ginger and stevia...YUM!
