took my f&f oil and 4 biotin twice this week M and W.... took my 4calcium supplement and my 2 multi-vitamins 3times. I havent worked out. I have been drinking at least 1 bottle of water a day (usually 20-40oz). I dont eat 3 hours before bed and i have been waiting until I have been up for at least an hour before I eat.
I forgot to mention the following things...
I've had no alcohol intake thus far, i havent followed the pesco-vegetarian diet only because I ate chicken. *sigh* thats going to be so hard to give up. I have been eating a lot of vegan based meals though. I havent been consciously adding any extra condiments or spices and I have been trying to stay under 1200 calories. :)
