feeling frustrated , i know its not only about the weight been super careful and walking my butt off and ive gained a pound
grrrrrrrrr....:(((((

Some people find that their measurements are still going down, despite weight fluctuations. Also, are you staggering your intake so that metabolism doesn't drop? Sorry for frustration. :-/

I am feeling more energy than I have in 2 years however and am moving every single day . today i cycled to and from work even thought its 40 celsiuis out. i am more motivated than ever.....
