Desperately need to loose weight. It is a matter of life or death. I am going to need a lung transplant sometime in the future. They will not do it now even if they had a lung, because I'm overweight. I try, but I will at times feel sorry for myself and stress eat or put on prednisone. Hope you all can help me get some motivation.
