Well, I've retired. Everyone I knew and didn't really know wanted to take me to lunch my last week - it was crazy, I ate out most every day and when they could book lunch we went to dinner. It was really wonderful not cooking anything at all for a whole week!! On top of it all, I lost 1.4 lbs! COOL! Now I'm going to be even more dedicated to my goal. My tendon doesn't hurt too much and my husband is tuning up the dreaded bicycle so I can try again. If you've followed me before, you know I hate that stupid thing, but I will prevail. I wish everyone the success and achievements I've had in the past few months, let's do this. Oh by the way, no insulin for 8 weeks now, next appointment with the doctor in October!!
238.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
