Why does losing weight have to be so difficult?? I can't seem to get away from the mid-190s! I started WW in Sept. of last year and have only lost and gained the same 10 pounds since. Given there have been some big stressers going on but I'm past some of them now. I finally got back into the gym and have been pretty religious with it and even have a personal trainer. I have been tracking on WW and FS and I really try to stick with it when possible minus 1 day a week, usually Saturdays, when I am not as strict but allow myself to drink beer. I may have to cut out beer as it is such a calorie waster and also causes me to eat more. This weekend was hard since I went out of town. For some reason, I just ate what I wanted without really caring but now I do. Why can't I be more conscious of my decisions when I am trying to make them and not AFTER??

I feel like a big fat tick! =P

Enough crying! Time to move on and try harder! No more excuses! If I want something to happen, I have to make it happen!

Off to the gym after work today then to the grocery store to buy food for my meals instead of being lazy and just picking something up in the cafeteria at work. Too many bad choices to be made even though I am proud of myself for not making them today but I was tempted! In less than 2 months, I will be turning 40 and I refuse to do it while I am still in the 190s! This has gone on long enough!
