I am so proud of myself!! My neice had her birthday party yesterday and even tho i did go over my points, I didnt eat NEARLY as much as i wanted :) I wish I would have started this diet ages ago...but better now than never. I am so proud of Mike, people are already noticing that he is losing weight!
