Stopped dieting so hard and relaxed on my food intake. I need a break from the same foods. I still kept my calories low, but ate too much sugar which probably hurt my fat loss. I haven't done much conditioning work lately. I ordered a prowler instead of trying to do complexes after weights. I hate complexes.
