Weight loss still going slow but I put on a pair of jeans today that seem to be a little looser so Yay for that! As of yesterday I have cut out caffeine and all products with aspartame in an effort to get past this sluggish weight loss I am in. I am also going to throw in a little exercise by doing some walking with a friend after work. :) To satisfy my sweet tooth I have made up some sugar free jello with splenda and sugar free whipped topping with Splenda. If only Sprite Zero was made with splenda... :)
