My challenge,
10000 steps or more a day starts today! ( in my time zone, and for some, I think will start tomorrow) Am I excited? yep! I just hope that I and most of my challenge members could achieve those mini challenges that I have set or else the challenge might prove itself to be unreachable. I could make the mini challenges easier and achievable the next time if this happens.
My Diet to follow for the duration of the challenge? hmmm...
"Eat like a king for breakfast, eat like a prince for lunch and eat like a pauper for dinner" for now... (^_^)
