I have a feeling this weight loss won't last. It dropped because of the low amount of calories I ate yesterday. Oh well, as long as I don't gain them back too fast I'll be happy.

Alright, time for Insanity Fit Test Results! Let's see how much I've improved or worsened...

So... very... sweaty...

Overall I think I am improving well!
111.2 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
