Attended 3 fests & didn't eat (should've taken a snack). Instead, went to groc got lt bread, deli turkey, yogurt & fruit. Breaking habit of needing to buy something at these events.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
